Recruitment Process
- Personnel recruitment for our company starts with the departments' requests for personnel. With the approval of the senior management, the most suitable candidate for the defined job is selected among the job applications. Necessary documents are completed and the candidate is insured and invited to take up a position.
A new employee should familiarize themselves with company culture, organization structure and functioning, with his/her duties and responsibilities in the working department, work-flow, environment, personnel health and occupational safety.
The employee’s development and career planning is made with the evaluation of their performance year by the individual performance evaluation system. Evaluations have influence over determining salary.
The tradition of our company is to keep the share of the training high in the investment of personnel. With the awareness that the investment for training will be regained many times more, our trainings are provided within a plan. Assessment and evaluation is performed for all trainings which are provided.
These evaluations have an important role in the career planning of the personnel.
